Meet Adriana Baer
Adriana’s mission is to help people claim their stage, radiate confidence and charisma, propel their career, and increase their impact. With over 20 years as a professional theater director and arts leader, Adriana brings a unique perspective and a practical and actionable set of tools to her coaching. In addition to her private coaching practice, she has worked and lectured at dozens of theaters, colleges, and universities nationwide. Adriana holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Masters of Fine Arts in Directing from Columbia University.
Adriana is dedicated to community building in the arts sector, and believes in the power of creativity to enhance local economy, cultural identity, and civic life. Besides her coaching work with private clients, she is the proud founder of I'm Into This Place, a podcast & newsletter highlighting the vibrant arts, culture, and heritage of Clark County, WA.

✦ I live on a two-acre farm (vegetables not animals) in SW Washington state with my husband and child.
✦ I’m 49% introvert & 51% extrovert. Most people think my extroversion is much higher.
✦ I spend most of my free time growing all the produce we eat from March-November, cooking, walking in nature, and reading.
