My mission is to help clients speaking courageously with confidence and clarity in order to inspire their communities, increase their impact, and grow their careers or organizations.

As a podcast host, I’m currently in pre-launch for a new podcast about arts, culture, and heritage in SW Washington. For a year and a half, I cohosted the podcast From Your Center.

I offer a number of online courses. Currently, I’m most excited about How to be a Successful Podcast Guest. Interested? Click here to learn more.

As a theater director, I’ve worked with and lead over 1,800 actors and theater practitioners. If you love visuals as much as I do, you can click here to see some of my theater directing work.

I live on a two-acre farm (vegetables not animals) in SW Washington state with my husband and child.

I’m 49% introvert & 51% extrovert. Most people think my extroversion is much higher.
