ABOUT ADRIANA

I’m a public speaking coach whose mission is to guide clients through the process of speaking courageously in order to inspire their communities, increase their impact, and grow their careers.

A speaker myself, I’ve presented at dozens of universities, arts institutions, and corporate conferences nation-wide. I created this meditation because I know how important it is to center our breath and ground our body in order to remain present during the often nerve-wracking process of speaking in public.

I holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Masters of Fine Arts from Columbia University.  Through online courses, 1:1 coaching, and VIP programs, I help my clients find clarity, confidence, and charisma.
