Your Brain’s Hidden Superpower

I’m in California visiting family this week, and yesterday, I found myself floating in the pool and talking about neuroplasticity. You know… like you do. My bff’s husband is a television writer and we were talking about how trying things in new ways is a skill that a lot of creatives seem to have honed.

But when you’re not practiced in thinking outside the box, it can seem impossible to literally change your mind.

Neuroplasticity is your brain’s superpower. Your brain is not just a bunch of wires locked in concrete, but a dynamic, ever-changing playground. This is great news. It means you can reprogram how you feel about presentations or networking. With a bit of practice, you can start associating public speaking with excitement instead of anxiety.

Check out this short episode of From Your Center where we discussed neuroplasticity and how to start using it to your benefit. Embracing this science of change can help turn your brain into a powerhouse for confidence and charisma. 🧠✨
